The MCEC (Montana Council of Exceptional Children) and MCASE (Montana Council of Administrators of Special Education) are sponsoring their annual conference in person in Billings this year February 22-24, 2023
This is a golden opportunity to encourage and empower your special education staff. This conference does not come to Billings often.
With the mass exodus of personnel from special education positions, show your staff how important they are to your district. Allow them the opportunity to recharge their batteries. Our presenters will remind them of the critical role they play in the lives of children with special needs.
The opportunity to collaborate with colleagues will strengthen the commitment and dedication they have for their profession. You may be short staffed, and challenged by waning substitute lists, but keep your eye on the bigger picture. Retention and inspiration are critical factors to the health of your district.
