SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO GROW OUR OWN RECRUITS

(PEOPLE ALWAYS SAY THERE ARE NO JOBS AT HOME FOR THEIR KIDS! YES THERE ARE!)

·         For a High School Career Fair, prepare a table with brochures and handouts regarding becoming a speech pathologist, special ed. teacher, occupational therapist and/or school psychologist. Invite these professionals to work the table and attend the event so students can talk to them directly. Include pamphlets from colleges that discuss their specific program.
