Jamie is president of Vollmer Inc., a public education advocacy firm. Once a harsh critic, Jamie has become an articulate champion of America’s public schools. Over the last thirty years, he has informed and energized tens of thousands of educators and community members at convocations, Inservice sessions, state and national conferences, foundation celebrations, and business events.  Jamie received a BA in political science from Penn State and the degree of Juris Doctor from Catholic University. He is happily married to his college sweetheart. They have three children and one precious granddaughter.
