I think really we felt that these meetings helped us to feel very connected. Some staff who were very quiet at in person meetings were far more engaged this way (just like some kids did) 01:10:33 Mike Perry: We had weekly Zoom meetings and I was surprised at how well they went and then we encouraged teachers to have meetings in smaller groups as well. 01:12:45 Fort Benton Public Schools: We did weekly zoom meetings and actually did a book study- and I was a little hesitant about it…but the staff loved it. We are implementing a few ideas this year from our book study.
